FAQ
Questions from crewing managers
How quickly can you provide a shortlist?
For standard roles (waiters, stewards, F&B), we deliver a shortlist within 48 hours. For senior or specialist positions, allow 5-7 days for a thorough search.
Do candidates speak English?
All candidates undergo English proficiency assessment. Hospitality roles require B2 level minimum. Maritime crew meet STCW English communication standards.
Who handles visa applications?
IMG handles all documentation, including work permit applications and visa support. Your HR team reviews and approves — we handle the paperwork.

We have a replacement guarantee for the first 90 days. If the placement is unsuccessful due to our screening process, we replace at no additional placement fee.
